Typically, only Sarah is present during your session. On the rare occasions an assistant may be helpful, you will be introduced in advance and we will only proceed if you are completely at ease with it. Your comfort always comes before any creative idea.

- Encouraging you to pause, breathe or take a break whenever you wish
- Talking through each pose so you know what is happening and why
